Actually, I do not know the technical point but if you think that is a real bug I can report it to Gıthub...Do you think it regards with Rerver settings or something different, I can try it in different server... @remzi, Çeviri ile ilgili midir bilemiyorum ama bir sorun var ama bir şekilde aştık şimdilik. -

It could be an interaction between available locales on your server. without knowing the locales available on your server and the names, it is too hard to tell. too bad you can't run some commands due to permissions set up by your host.
