I do not agree that this should all be in the config. I would like to see only those values in the config that people like to configure quite often or that should have visible configuration option. Also may I suggest a setting to turn off this formatting that happens upon rendering? And maybe we need another function (if it not already exists) that cleans/strips on SAVE/EDIT.
