as admin, can i edit users to asign them a new role?
because i want that new user becomes members, and then assign them to a new role which has assigned a specific category.

v2, add "user/browse" to your webroot in the address bar (or dashboard/user), then edit.
v1, your go too the user account such as "account.php?u=1", and then in the menu, you can change the role.
