Can't Log in

I just installed Vanilla for the first time, went well other than the fact that when I try to log in I get to the screen that sais you are signed in, click here to...but when I click a task it appears that I'm logged out in the next screen.

    Is it Vanilla 1 or Vanilla 2?

    Check your configuration settings file and see if your cookies are configured properly. Most likely it is signing you in properly, but failing to create your cookies because of some bad configuration setting.

    I looked at the setting file, but to be honest I'm not sure what I'm looking at.
