Blocking non-members from seeing the users pages on 1.1.4?

Hi,

I was just wondering if it was possible to stop people from the 'Applicants' or people who aren't registered from viewing the users page?

Can't seem to see an option or an extension unfortunately, guess it'll require a tweak to the code?
