vanilla 2 Fatal Error in PHP.ErrorHandler();

after installing vanilla 2 i get : "Fatal Error in PHP.ErrorHandler();
Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
The error occurred on or near: /home/abdo2/domains/fast-free.org/public_html/vanilla2/vanilla2/library/core/class.pluginmanager.php"

At what point does this error actually occur? Is it after you've filled out the setup form and clicked submit you are presented with the error? It is after you've completed the installation and try to load the discussion list?

What version of PHP are you using?

my php version is PHP version 5.2.11 and i get this error also it comes up on every page
