problem in vanilla 2: photo upload

I'm testing a new install of vanilla 2, and I notice that the photo upload feature appears to not work. It doesn't throw an error message, just fails quietly. Activity status says 'You changed your profile picture' but the image itself is missing everywhere.

    This is due to permissions being set wrong on files inside of the uploads folder. I see you placed a bug report here (http://github.com/lussumo/Garden/issues/#issue/147).

    I'm sure this will be picked up soon.

    UPDATE: I was able to resolve this issue by changing my umask setting in /etc/suphp/suphp.conf to equal 0022 rather then the default 0077.
