Fatal error with terms of use

I installed (first time for me) Vanilla forum. Every thing works fine, but there is an error, when people want to read the terms of use when they register.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function geturl() in /kunden/251531_86420/webseiten/vanilla/languages/Deutsch/definitions.php on line 569

In this file I cannot see anything on line 569 which looks like a possible solution (I am not an expert with php but I understand a little bit...)

It sounds like the Deutsch language definition references a function that doesn't exist or has changed names. I'd try adding that function to the file, or commenting out that line.
