Preview Post FATAL ERROR

I have a problem with post reviews... every time I hit preview on a new discussion I get a massive fatal error:

http://skitch.com/qeek/n88ui/preview

It doesn't appear on comments though. Can anybody help?

PS. Just noticed it appears on this board too :)
