Styles Under Entry

I just upgraded my version Vanilla from mid-october to the current master. I've noticed a change that has messed with my theme and I want to fix it. Before, vanilla.css in the theme loaded on any of the forum pages. Now anything under /entry doesn't load it (or anything else except style.css). Is this an intentional change? Is there a template file I can modify that would change this behavior.

BTW, thank you for the change in the menu system. That fixes is my previous issue.
