which script control the font-size of the information under the title?

the information under the title is too small , I cant find the css script .
someone can tell me?

    The vanilla css is in /applications/vanilla/design/vanilla.css.

    If you want to make changes to it, you should create your own theme and edit it there. That way your changes won't be overwritten when updates come out.
