Problem on enabling extension: preference of enabling extension cannot be saved (can't be enabled)

Hi,

I am currently having problem on enabling extension. Seems like the preference of enabling extension cannot be saved, after I checked the box(es) next to the extension name (Administrator > Options > Extensions), then I come back the boxes are still not checked.

Can someone give me help?

My vanilla version is "Vanilla 1.1.10".
