Is there a PageManager Addon for Vanilla 2?

I installed Vanilla 2 for testing and didn't see a page management addon with the default install. I searched around the site and was only able to find the page addon for Vanilla 1. This site appears to be using the page addon so either I suck at searching, I am confused or all of the above.

Is there a page addon for Vanilla 2 and if not is VanillaForums.org using a custom addon for the documentation tab?

    Ok so I did some more digging and it looks like the vanilla forums documentation is using a Wiki of some kind. Is that Wiki app available somewhere? Is it something custom or is it another product that was integrated?
