How to add Vanilla to cPAddons

I am trying to figure out how to add Vanilla to cPAddons to make upgrading and installing a much easier process but can't seem to figure it out. How do I do it so sites I host can install it when they want to?

Brant I'm not sure if you've tried this or not, but I found some documentation regarding how to add addon scripts to cPAddon. I don't have any experience with it so hope it helps.
