After User Submits Post they get a Blank Page!

I seem to have an issues on my forum. Whenever a user submits a post, it goes to a white page. I'm not sure why this is happening. Can anyone helps me out... Here's my forum.

I figured it out... it was some kind of conflict with a twitter widget.
