Clicking on Application Settings sends me to the home page
Brand new to Vanilla. Off a fresh install with only one user I'm going to settings and trying to click on application settings and each time I do it is taking me to the home page. ... /settings.php?PostBackAction=Globals that's the link. "Roles and Permissions" are also doing the same thing. Here's what my server has...

I'm not entirely sure what's going on. This forum is on a subdomain something.something.com but I have a bunch of wordpress and drupal installations on subdomains and from what little I've noticed they require essentially the same as Vanilla to operate effectively.
