Account Pictures...

I've been using Account Pictures on Vanilla 1.1.8 successfully for awhile... and disabled "Attachments" by accident. I then re-enabled "Attachments" and now my "Account Pictures" extension does not show up anywhere and I cant upload custom pics or avatars for my users? HELP!
