Header and login issue

The only issue I have at the moment is that my header height is messed up after I tried to tweak it and so the menu falls a little down. It's mostly noticeable on the iPhone version of Safari. That, and I can only login after not having "Remember Me" checked.

What do you mean? If remember is check, you cannot login?

Session and Vanilla cookies uses the same settings. I can't see why one would work and not the other.
