Upgrading from 1.1.5a?

Hi - I have a forum running 1.1.5 and I want to upgrade to the latest version :)

The google wiki gives notes on upgrading which is very clear - my question is, can I install the latest version from 1.1.5a or do I have to upgrade one step at a time? The reason I ask is that the files are different each time.

    @Rob: Unless you have manually edited core files, you can simply overwrite all files.
