Ability to apply title for entire website

I think we should be able to set a custom title that applies to the entire Vanilla 2 website.
Take a look here at the title bar in Firefox, we should be able to apply our own custom title before anything else.

Such would be:
Mywebsite.com > Forums > All Discussions
or
Mywebsite.com > Vanilla2 > All Discussions

I don't know if there is a better way, there probably is. But you could change http://github.com/lussumo/Garden/blob/master/applications/garden/modules/class.headmodule.php ToString method where it puts the title and add some text before it.
