target=_blank for "links"

Hi, I'm wondering if there is a way to configure or an addon that adds the "target=_blank" option to links in the posts? So the user is not taken completely away from your site? thank you.

Thanks Stash, I see this is for rel=nofollow but does it also pertain to target=_blank which basically just opens the link in a new window - I wasn't sure based on what I read about it thx.
