Poll 1.3 page select

I have installed Poll 1.3 which seems to be just what I wanted by just one thing. It installs into the panel on the discussion page. I would like to change the page it displays on to a custom page I have created in page manager - only.
I have search through the poll files and can not find any reference to the output to alter. Any ideas please?
