Best Answer Feature

Hi, forgive me if this feature already exists but I'm wondering if it's possible to do the "best answer" idea like you see on Yahoo Questions? Where the person who initially started a forum can choose their favorite answer after 3 days of discussion. And from that point on visitors to that post will land on the question post and the favorite answer posts first and then all the other answers would be next? thanks!

Not that I know of. This sounds like a "Questions and Answers" addon to me. If it worked something like Superuser I'd be a happy man
