extension attachment 2.1 is not enabled

hi ,

I have downloaded extension attachment 2.1 (using vanilla 1).
Also enabled it from settings page for admin.
Also created "uploads" folder in root vanilla folder.

Still I am not able to add attachment facility for comments.
It seems to be , plugin is not detected by the vanilla. (not getting any button or link or any user preference for attachment)

What can be the issue here ? please help .....

IIRC you have to enable the permission to use the attachment plugin for each role. Try editing one of the roles under "Roles & Permissions" and see if there are some attachment options in there.
