HTML entities showing in emails

I'm getting a problem in the notification emails...apostrophes are showing up as: & #039; (I've added a space after the ampersan)

Is there any way to fix this?

Also, quotes are showing up as & quot; (again, I added the space after the ampersan so it wouldn't be changed to html)

Thanks for the comment @LOVEolution. This is a known issue which has been fixed in the RC branch but not merged with Master yet.
