Unable to get into Settings.php
I'm not sure if this is the same issue as everyone else.. thought I post it.
[Fri Jun 04 12:43:41 2010] [error] [client x.x.x.x]Error while forwarding response data (103): Software caused connection abort [hostname "xxxxxxxx"] [uri "/forum/settings.php"] [unique_id "TAlXSq3hFQgAABvF7LAAAAAF"]
Every other pages works, but settings.php for 'Application Settings'.
