Set default notifications

Hello, we are using RC3, and wondering if there is a way to set default notifications on new accounts? We'd like users to automatically receive e-mail notifications on there posts / questions. Can't seem to find a way in the admin?

    Take a look in /conf/config-defaults.php, under the line //Default Preferences there are options for default notifications. Copy them in config.php and set them as you wish.
