Is there anyway to enable bbcode or post images on posts for vanilla 2?

BBCode can be enabled by following the guidelines in this post http://www.vanillaforums.org/discussion/11290/bbcode-where-are-you/

Posting images can be done in either HTML or BBCode, depending on the InputFormatter you select.
