Email validation on register

How to remove Email validation on register when Email's address not contain '_' ,and I used Vanilla_2.0_rc3,
but I test this forum not validate it.

    All you need for a valid email is something@something.something. The @ and the period and the letters in-between are the important parts. If you have a specific example then message me and I'll have a look.
