  • yes : ) version 1.6 downloaded from here into my extensions directory: http://nick-e.cjb.cc/vanilla/PageMngTest.php.txt I am sure it is a small detail, but I have not figured it out yet.
  • Ugh, I just can't win, can I? Unless it has something to do with differences between PHP4 and PHP5...
  • it's alright. i am sure it will be figured out. i am using php 4.3.11. did you write this for php 5?
  • Mabe thats it! I only have php4. Has anybody managed to make this work using php 4? Its frustraiting to know that this is exactly what I need but just cant make it work. |:(
  • As far as i know nearly all vanilla extensions will be made for php4, since vanilla is. It's just being a bit problematic right now.

Any news on a solution for the Page Manager problem? It configures fine but no tab appears?
  • Bump. Like others, I'm able to add and manage new pages but no tabs show up. Like litbynature i tested it out by using the URL: /index.php?Page=newtab Any further thoughts on why the tabs aren't appearing?

Well, I was originally just holding our for version 1 to be released, but I think I'd better attempt to get php4 working and see if I can spot the problem...

EDIT: Anyone happen to know how I can update my php4 mysql client?

    EDIT2: Nevermind, fixed...

EDIT3: Aha! It is a problem with php4.

EDIT4: Well darnit, I'm officially stumped. I can add the tabs in any way (via Menu functions or direct access to Menu->Tabs), and they'll stay like I set them fine, but the second the Menu->Render() function's called, they revert back to how they were. I wonder if it's a bug in php4 or something.
  • http://nick-e.cjb.cc/vanilla/PageMngTest.php.txt version 1.6 ?

I think I messed up the versioning sometime in there...
  • Is this extension available for v1?
  • Not just yet, but I'll port it if you want.
