    I just double-checked, they're there.

    Is it possible to exclude some specific disscusion form this rule (e.g DisscussionID=392 etc). Thanx!

    Ok, I figured it out. $Context->SelfUrl == 'comments.php' && ForceIncomingString('DiscussionID', '') != '392'
