The easiest way for beginners is to use the "/conf/locale.php" file. There is also the "/applications/garden/locale/en-CA/definitions.php" file that you can copy and put into an "/applications/garden/locale/thai-THAI/" folder after translation and activate it through the backend. You can find an example here. I will provide a full template for the translation of the frontend during the next days.
