all imported users cant login

i have imported from phpbb, and all users are unable to login with there old passwords, they attempt a password reset, and i can reset their passwords, but when they attempt to login they get the error message that "sorry, permission denied".

When i look in the data base for gdn_users ... their hash method after the password resets is changing to vanilla.

    I have resolved this issue, when importing it adds all your prior user "roles" and it didnt check the "sign In" ability on any of them. So in the dashboard, in user roles and permissions you have to click "allow sign in" under garden.

    Not sure if this is something effecting all phpbb imports and if it needs to be looked into.
