Vanilla 2 Email Notifications Not working

Hi All,

I have installed Vanilla 2 on both my servers (just to make sure I am not asking a stupid question)

But no matter what I do, There is no email notifications being sent...

Can any one help?

    Have you configured outgoing email settings in dashboard?

    Using the Email Subscription add on, brand new topics are working via email notification however replies to bookmarked posts, etc are not.
