Question about Enabling PDO for Vanilla 2.0

I'm using PHP Version 5.2.12 with MySQL 5.1.47.

I had the error come up:
Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found

In EasyApache configuration, there are two different PDO options to enable and I'm not sure which one to enable. See Screenshot below...

Could you guys give me a bit of guidance on this?
