Options

Enabled plugins but they aren't doing what they're supposed to.

I just enabled several plugins: "quote" and "web head" among them. They say that they're enabled, but I can't figure out how they work. I assumed there would be extra tabs in the dashboard where I could configure them or something. No such luck.

Any ideas?
