I was one of the people who worked on the Swedish translation for v.1, but since the whole translation thing for Vanilla 2 seems to be a bit up in the air at the moment I thought I'd wait before starting any work on something for v.2.

Im up for it too since my target audience is swedish. I have not started any yet, mostly because I dont find it is so well documented about translation.

I've been working all night on a Swedish translation for v. 2, based on a german one I found here at the forum. I found it not being complete though. Lots of changes has occured and things have changed names and so on, so I have some work left to do on it. I will publish it here as soon as it's close to done!

I still suggest looking at the translation for Vanilla 1 as well. There are a lot of phrases that the two versions have in common, and it would have saved you quite some work if you'd pulled translations from the existing file. Plus any users of the v1 Swedish would have an easy transition to v2 if it used the same terminology.
