Category Viewing on Main Forum

So here is my question, How can I make it so that when people go to my forum (running Vanilla 2) they see it as

Category 1
- Forum 1
- Forum 2
- Forum 3

Category 2
- Forum 1
- Forum 2
- Forum 3

Hope you know what I mean.
