Upgrading from 2.00 to 2.0.1

How do we go about upgrading releases of Vanilla 2.x? Is it as simple as overwriting /vanilla/ in /applications/?

You need to overwrite everything but your config.php. If you've already installed themes and plugins then leave them in.
