Inserting a Spoiler

I've been trying to get this to work on a new Vanilla 2.01 install but no matter what I try I can't get spoilers to work.

I've been trying stuff like:

[spoiler="Question"]Answer[/spoiler]

but that just outputs into the discussion as-is.

Where am I going wrong?

    i think anyway after looking at the code but there seems to be an = sign so im wondering if to try

    Dont use "" as it might interupt the code output :p

    Actually, I just found that it does work but only on replies. Not on the first post in a discussion.

    It's not working for me, anyone aware of any other addon's that influence the effectiveness of the spoiler?
