Pop up boxes not working

User account and messages pop up boxes are not functioning to add new users or new messages. I can edit an existing user via the pop up box and save the changes, when I add a new user or message I never see the yellow box up top that says "your changes have been saved". This works for me on a free account at VF.com, so I know it is not a browser issue. User Desmanthus reports that he is having the same problem.
