What do I put for Authentication URL in ProxyConnect Settings?

it says "The behind-the-scenes URL that shares identity information with Vanilla"

What is this if I'm integrating with wordpress?

    If you're integrating with Wordpress, all the information is available to you on the settings screen of the WP plugin that we provide as part of the ProxyConnect addon.
