How do I edit main page?
When you visit my forum you see "Howdy, Stranger! It looks like you're new here. If you want to get involved, click one of these buttons!" on the side with a sign in button and apply for membership button.
The page also states

This is because the user is not signed in. I would like to know where in the files I can make changes to this page so that visitors will know why they might want to apply for membership.
