Duplicate emails sent when you receive a PM?

Hi guys,
Just noticed a real small thing with the conversations system; if you receive a new message, you'll get one email saying you have a new message, and another separate email with the actual content of the message.
Was just wondering if there's an easy way to disable this please, or even disabling both emails?
