& - Ampersand W3 validation

Hi,

Ampersands (&) usually create warnings in W3C validation. I use them for category names (for example "Smalltalk & Other Stuff"), and they might appear in discussions as well.

I wondered if you developers see a need to write a little workaround, so ampersands get written as & into the database so output will be like that and W3C validation smiles. :)

Some errors and wring are also caused by the javascript integration ending with ...
?g=globaljs&v=2.0.3
This is too far out of my knowledge right now, just wanted point that out.
