Vanilla 1 Default Theme in Vanilla 2

I noticed the Vanilla 1 theme being used on Vanilla 2 on the front page of this website. Is there any chance this theme will be released? I've recently upgraded to Vanilla 2 and although everyone is very happy to be getting Conversations, most prefer the old theme (myself included).
