Manual Add User doesn't work

I just installed 2.0.3... but I can't manually add users in the dashboard. I fill out the info, hit save, and nothing happens. Anyone else notice this?

Hmm I was just manually adding users to a clean install of 2.0.3 yesterday without any issues.
