Anyone working on a worksafe or block comment plugin for vanilla 2?

I have searched the questions and the addons and I didn't find anything. If no one's working on it I'm going to take a stab at it.

@ithcy; I mentioned this somewhere, and said that a plugin to allow discussions (and I guess comments) to be hidden would be a great addition. I don't have time to start writing something complex, but I was thinking that an 'Ignored' tab (similar to 'My Drafts') which listed ignored stuff, while being hidden elsewhere, would be useful.
