What is the login url in case i'm locked out by SSO?

I'm playing around with SSO. And then, oups, i can login to my application, but that does not get me logged in in the forum. I've tried erasing cookies, unlogin and relogin, no avail.
And i've lost the backup url that allows to connect from within vanilla.
Can you provide it to me?
