Help with installation

I'm trying to install. No problem with first three steps, but I don't understand fourth instruction: "Navigate to that folder on your web browser." The only way I know to navigate on a web browser is by clicking a hot link or typing in an address such as http://www.blahblah.com. How do I navigate to this folder so that it will open sesame and give me setup instructions? Thanks for help to a rank amateur.

    I think you should be able to just type it in the same way you did with your blahblah example.
